Your Advisor
Southern Maine real estate — residential, investment, and commercial. Strategy-driven, locally rooted, and built for every kind of serious move.
Background
I'm Brent Maurice — born and raised in Southern Maine, licensed real estate broker for 7 years, and a former general contractor. I know what's behind the walls, what a renovation actually costs, and which value-add plays pencil before anyone runs a spreadsheet.
That background shapes everything. When I walk an industrial building or a multifamily with deferred maintenance, I'm not guessing at the rehab budget — I've built it. That's a genuine edge for my investment clients, and it makes me a sharper advisor for buyers and sellers at every price point.
I'm full-service — residential, investment, and commercial — but my strongest lane is helping clients find and execute value-add opportunities in a market I've watched my entire life.
I spent years building things before I started selling them. That changes how you see a property — you're not looking at the listing photos, you're looking at what it actually takes to make the numbers work.
How I Work
Before I was a broker I was a general contractor. I can walk a property and give you a real rehab read — not a guess. That saves my investment clients time and bad decisions.
I grew up in Southern Maine and invest here myself. I know which neighborhoods are turning, which corridors have room to run, and which deals look better on paper than they are.
You get me on the call, at the showing, and at the closing table. No handoffs, no assistants, no junior agents running your deal. That's the only way I operate.
Ready when you are
Buying, selling, investing, or just trying to figure out if a deal makes sense — I'm a straight talker and I know this market cold. Let's have a real conversation.
